What we do
Search for documents and valuables
Before we start clearing, we do a thorough search for wills, deeds, jewellery, cash, and anything else you ask us to look for. Items are set aside and photographed.
Items kept for family
Anything you want to keep is boxed, labelled, and either left at the property or arranged for collection. We never remove items you've asked us to keep.
Liaison with solicitors and agents
We can deal directly with the solicitor or estate agent handling the estate, so you don't have to coordinate between parties.
Key holding
If you can't be at the property, we can collect keys from the solicitor or agent, carry out the clearance, and return them by recorded post or in person.
Before-and-after photos
We send a full photo report when the job is done, so you have a record of the cleared property without needing to visit.
Waste transfer note
Every load is covered by a waste transfer note, which you'll need for the estate records and to confirm legal disposal.
